Steve Geoffrion

Steve Geoffrion is both a licensed architect and a licensed general contractor with over twenty-five years of experience in the architectural field. He has been with Lauterbach & Associates, Architects since 1998 and is now a Principal.

Mr. Geoffrion's background in construction means that he is especially skillful at "bridging the gap" between the design phase and actual construction applications. His understanding of the construction process enables him to help his clients to control costs and achieve successful results quickly and efficiently. Mr. Geoffrion is dedicated and persistent, known as a problem solver, and is particularly proficient at salvaging troubled projects. Attention to detail is one of his hallmarks and he has broad experience with constructability and code compliance issues, and has worked closely with all levels of state and local agencies. His many projects have included multi-family, senior, and special needs housing, schools, medical facilities, churches, self-storage facilities, commercial and retail, industrial, and funeral homes. As well as new construction, Mr. Geoffrion has managed modernizations, tenant improvements, and adaptive reuse.
