Ilona Scott's architectural career in the United States began in 1974. Her wide experience includes both residential and commercial projects, including land planning. Among her commercial project experiences are medical clinics, churches, schools, child care facilities, and industrial buildings in many different jurisdictions of Southern California. These projects includes both new construction and extensive modernization and renovation. Ms. Scott has been the Managing Architect on both large scale projects and smaller projects. Along with her commercial and planning background, her experience also includes all phases of multi-family and single family residential design.
Ms. Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to assisting clients in refining their project expectations. She finds the architectural program an extremely effective tool. Through this process she assists clients to plan effective use of their resources, make informed choices with regards to materials and structures, thereby creating functional, efficient spaces with aesthetic appeal. Ms. Scott has vast experience dealing with, and coordinating between the owners, the public, the governing bodies, and the project team, which results in smooth running projects that finish on time and within budget.
